As first-time homebuyers, there was a lot we did not know about the process and Loree took her time to explain everything to us so that we could make an informed decision. It was really important for me to have someone I could trust to represent our family and Loree is definitely that person. Questions and concerns were answered and addressed appropriately so she could alleviate or validate anything we needed clarification on. Loree also creates a strong working relationship with other agents to ensure the process goes smoothly which was greatly appreciated. She is also incredible with negotiation: fair to all parties but making sure her clients are not agreeing to anything that could be a problem down the line.
